Many people dealing with physical pain can find themselves on a downward spiral that can cause mental and emotional drain leaving them exhausted. At this point, the challenges of life can take their toll in a much bigger way.
When a person's mood is good and physical energies are high, challenges can just bounce off and be dealt with relatively easy. If a person finds they have forgotten what it's like, to take life and it's challenges in their stride perhaps its time to look for some help.
There is plenty of help out there, in various forms. I personally like to take a holistic approach aiming to get to the root cause.
Take a look at this success story
"Tom was amazing. I don’t understand how this new healing therapy works, but, after three years, I am no longer kept awake at night by my hip pain. That was after only one session. I would definitely recommend Grace Hart Healing to anyone looking for an alternative pain relief therapy.
M Williams Clonmel, Tipperary."
With Grace Heart Healing we tap into the intelligence within the body that knows how to fix and repair itself. When we're training a Grace Heart Healing Therapist, the first thing they are thought is to look beyond the human imperfections and see the perfection within the body, then they proceed to tap into and bring this perfectly healed aspect out.
In practice the human body does this continually, for example, if we get a minor cut on our finger the body immediately sets a healing process under way, sealing the wound and repairing it fully within a week.
With bigger injuries the memories and shock stored in the cells can often prevent the body from healing completely.
If you would like to help yourself, try closing your eyes and become aware of your breath as it comes in and out of your body. On the in-breath imagine you are breathing in peace, harmony, and joy and on the out-breath imagine you are breathing out disharmony, stress and pain or whatever you wish to release.
Do this for a few minutes to start with and extend as you get confidence.
There are lots of guided meditations available free on youtube. You may find one that suits you.
Some people find alternating cold and warm packs on affected joints can reduce inflammation and pain.
Gentle yoga practice can be helpful.
