Over twelve guided meditations we will connect more powerfully to the truth of our heart and allow ourselves to open up to the infinite possibilities that this inner intelligence reveals. We will work on building a relationship between the heart and the mind and as trust develops between them both, new levels of awareness become more accessible. We will move deeper into our super conscious brain and our infinite well of heart potential simultaneously.

At this point we will have the choice to become conscious creators of our full life experience. We can embrace health, happiness, joy and prosperity, releasing unnecessary drama from our lives. As we learn to embrace our ever maturing self being reborn from source in every moment, We will practice co-creating our own unique evolving version of earth to match our new identity.

Divine Connection - Week 4

We will continue developing and expanding our mind heart relationship as we strengthen our connection to the quantum field, a doorway to source. Once again we will have the opportunity to merge with the next upgraded version of our newborn self.

As we merge back into our true self we feel an awareness of freedom, expansion and liberation. We can bask in the streams of love, joy and passion that flow freely from the nourishing wellspring of our true nature.

Divine Connection - Week 6

Get a sense of who you really are by merging with the field, become one with it, receive the knowledge of your infinite power of potential, melt into it, and receive the awareness of wholeness as the veils of forgetting are released. Sense the light from your new born self growing within.

As we merge with who we are, the unhelpful vibrations are erased, allowing more space 
for wholeness, goodness and positivity to stream into every area of our life.

Divine Connection - Week 9

We are ready now to open further to receive and be filled by the pure Love that flows freely from our true essence. In this session we will complete the sacred union between the physical and non physical world as we become the bridge between the two.

Divine Connection - Week 10

We embrace the sacred union between our mind and heart, knowing that we are supported and held by the union of heart and mind of the universe and cosmos. We will then do a level 1 balancing of the microbes in the body.

Divine Connection - Week 11

Embrace our true self in this moment. In this session we will do a level 2 balancing of the microbes in every cell, organ and system in the body. A balanced, diverse and healthy microbiome is key to creating a healthy mind and body.

In this the final meditation in the series we will work on balancing the main energy centres of our body. When all the centres are in balance and centred we begin to feel supported and secure in all areas of our life.
