The aim of a holistic therapy is to balance and heal our mental emotional and spiritual aspects, when these are in balance and functioning correctly disease falls away and a natural wellness will occur in our body.
Last September an EFT practitioner Clare Muldowney with help from practitioners Pamela & Lorraine Muldowney organised a holistic evening with talks to bring awareness and showcase the range of complementary therapies in the Kilkenny area.
From the success of the event and Clare's inspiration and vision, a group of us therapist came together to support each other bringing awareness to the benefits of the many holistic options to wellness that are available here on our doorstep.
We are called Holistic Health Kilkenny
We have many ideas in the pipeline, the one that's nearest to fruition is a new website Holistic Health Kilkenny www.holistichealthkilkenny.com Lorraine Muldowney and Peter Spencer are putting the finishing touches to the site at the moment. On the website each therapist has a page with their profile and information about their practice.
We will have an official launch with an event at a later date.
