
Stiff Joints having trouble getting out of bed in the morning, being challenged getting out of the car. Dreading damp cold days when the fingers get really sore, these are some of the experiences that are all to common for many people coping with arthritis.
There are more than 100 types of arthritis affecting approximately 750,000 people in Ireland, it's a very big subject.
There is an increasing amount of scientific evidence showing that trauma and emotional memories can be stored in the cells of our body contributing to diseases and these memories can be passed through our cells from previous generations.
Through our long journey to Grace Heart healing we've discovered how to release these memories from the cells of our body, helping to removing the underline cause of these patterns, with people having very positive responses.
In a 45minute session the troublesome buried emotions can be gently removed from the body freeing the person and their body to find it's own way back to health naturally.

A client who had injured joints from an accident was experiencing arthritic symptoms many years later. When I began to do the release from his body it transpired that the shock from the injury and the huge anger and frustration towards the person who caused the accident was held strongly in his right arm and shoulder. Freeing this from his body gave my client a great release and when I met him, one week later he reported that it was the best week he had in 18 years, a huge load had been lifted off him, and he was able to comb his hair fully with his right hand which he couldn't do previous. This was a very good start, he needed some more help to continue towards a full recovery.
If you would like to get proactive there are many things you can do to help yourself. My favourite would be to meditate, there are lots of books and online advice and videos teaching people how to meditate. When we quieten the mind in meditation and access that still tranquil place of peace: stress, fear and stuck emotions begin to get released from our body.
Gentle Yoga practice can also help with this too.
